香港青年發展中心是經中華人民共和國香港特別行政區政府依法批準設立的青年組織，由香港青年工作者和青年企業家自願結成的非營利學術性法人社會團體。

中心的前身為組建於2000年的香港優青聯誼會，自成立以來，我們始終密切關註中國青年的發展問題，並致力於提供多元化的服務。通過實際行動，我們在青年的生活、學習、就業和創業等領域提供支持，旨在打造一個集資訊與交流於一體的青年服務平臺。

香港青年發展中心主要服務涵蓋三大方向，一是進行青年人才教育（培育），支援香港青年就業與創業能力提升，開展青年創業（就業）培訓、領袖計劃訓練營及義工培育；二是舉辦特色交流活動與研討會，促進兩岸三地青年廣泛交流；三是致力於青年職業規劃教育，培養當代青年的自我規劃與職業生涯規劃，提升其綜合能力，促進當代青年職業生涯更好發展。

The Hong Kong Youth Development Centre is a non-profit organization established with the legal approval of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government of the People's Republic of China.

Since its establishment, we have been closely monitoring the development issues of Chinese youth and committed to providing diversified services. Through practical actions, we provide support in the areas of youth life, learning, employment, and entrepreneurship, aiming to create a youth service platform that integrates information and communication.

The main services of the Hong Kong Youth Development Centre cover three major directions. Firstly, it provides education (cultivation) for young talents, supports the enhancement of employment and entrepreneurial abilities of Hong Kong youth, and conducts youth entrepreneurship (employment) training, leadership program training camps, and volunteer cultivation; Secondly, organize characteristic exchange activities and seminars to promote extensive exchanges among young people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the three regions; Thirdly, we are committed to youth career planning education, cultivating contemporary youth's self planning and career planning, enhancing their comprehensive abilities, and promoting better career development for contemporary youth.
